ShIPPING Methods

The standard shipping method is the "Tracking Letter", you can upgrade to a "Priority Letter".

"Heavy" orders, such as mugs, are shipped either in a point of sale (Mondial Relay or Relais Colis) or with Colissimo.

International orders are automatically shipped in priority letter with a tracking number.


Most of the time, the parcels are shipped within 2-8 days (during holidays, these delivery times may change)


Then, La Poste takes over :

  1. With standard shipping, you can count between 2-7 days before receiving your order (in France, it will be delivered in 48h (indicative time period)).

  2. With the "Priority" option, within France, your order will be delivered in 24 h (indicative time period).

Packages are usually shipped each Wednesday and Saturday.

Your order will be sent :

  1. On Wednesday, if you have made your purchase between Saturday and the follow Wednesday before 15h. 

  2.  On Saturday, if you have made your purchase between Wednesday and the follow Saturday before 11h..

There may be exceptions that can delay the shipping of your order.

Once your package has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail of your order with a link to track your package.


For international shipping , there is always a risk of customs and import duties which could be added. These possible fees must be paid by the customer, the payment is necessary to obtain his/her parcel. I am not responsible for the delay due to customs fees.


Most of the items are shipped in standard paper envelopes.

Larges orders may be shipped in little cardboard boxes or in padded envelopes (according to the content of your order).

Orders containing :

–  Mugs, are shipped in cardboard boxes. 

–  llustrations, (A4 or A3), are shipped in stock envelopes (to avoid folding).  

–  Postcards, sold with a little envelope and put in plastic bags, are shipped in standard envelopes.

–  Bookmarks are packaged in a little plastic bag. If you purchase several bookmarks, they will all be put in the same plastic bag. 

–  Pin's and button badges, placed on a backing and packaged in plastic bags, are shipped either in standard envelopes or in bubble envelopes.

–  Tote bags, wrapped in tissue paper, are shipped in standard envelopes.

The "gift option" allows you to directly receive the item as a gift. You can also write a little message to the addressee that I will put in the packaging. 

The items will be placed in wrapping kraft paper and tied together with a little string and the brand sticker. 

The "eco responsible packaging" is now available. This option reduces the plastic bags and promotes recyclable material such as papers and fabrics.

RETURNS, ExCHANGES and refunds

You have the possibility to refund an item, if the order hasn't been shipped yet (you can estimate 48H after making your purchase). The exchange is only possible with an item of the same market value and within the limit of available stocks. You just have to contact me by e-mail and I will make the exchange.


If the items you have received do not correspond to those you have ordered, if it if is my mistake, while preparing your order, a new item will be sent to you, at no cost.


I do not accept refunds if the order has been shipped.
