You have the possiblity to refund an item, if the order hasn't been shipped yet (you can estimate 48H after making your purchase).

The exchange is only possible with an item of the same market value and within the limit of available stocks. You just have to contact me by e-mail and I will make the exchange.

If the items you have received do not correspond to those you have ordered, if it if is my mistake, while preparing your order, a new item will be sent to you, at no cost.
